Warranties
Bedford and Tach-It equipment is backed by a written limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by machine — find your model below, or download the full Warranty Duration and Coverage Addendum for a complete list. Product registration is optional and is not required for warranty service.

How the Documents Fit Together
Everything above works as one system. Here’s how the pieces relate, from the ground up:
Equipment Limited Warranty
Applies to every Bedford and Tach-It machine. Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Duration and Coverage Addendum
Sets the exact term and excluded parts for your specific model.
Certified System Documents

Have a machine that’s eligible for extra coverage? See Extended Warranty (optional) below — it supplements, but doesn’t replace, the documents above.
Extended Warranty (optional)
For select equipment, Bedford offers an optional Extended Warranty, purchased separately, that adds coverage beyond the standard Warranty Term. It supplements — and does not replace or expand — the Equipment Limited Warranty and the Warranty Duration and Coverage Addendum.

Currently eligible: the Tach-It Mini-Con family (MCU, Mini-Con, Mini-Con S, Mini-Con R, Mini-Con TB, Mini-Con L, Mini-Con L-80, Mini-Con ALR, Mini-Con C). Adds one additional year on the Control Box and Label Applicating Assembly only, beginning immediately after the standard Warranty Term ends. Cost is quoted upon request. Bedford may add other equipment to the Schedule over time — check back or contact Customer Service.
Warranty Registration
Registration is optional and is not required for warranty service, but it helps confirm your warranty start date and lets us reach you directly with service bulletins or safety notices for your specific model.
Purchased through a distributor? The date you register as “placed into service” can determine your warranty start date — worth completing even if you bought the equipment weeks or months before installing it.
