(“Bedford”) (“Bedford,” “we,” and “our”), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers (“Customers,” “you,” and “your”) and users of our Bedford brand website (the “Site”) and Bedford products. When you place an order for Bedford products we retain your personal information required for the processing of your order including your Personal Information. Examples include: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
We collect and use the order information to provide you with the products you purchase from us, process your payment, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
(d) Customer Support Information
When you request support from us in using the Site or making a purchase, we may collect your email address, phone number, and other contact information directly from you. We use this information to provide you the support you need.
2. MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

We share your Personal Information with our third-party service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. 5. USING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you including: offering products for sale, marketing and advertising, processing payments, shipping, and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
6. STATE PRIVACY LAWS
U.S. state consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our collection and use of their Personal Information.

(b) Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each currently, or will, provide their residents with rights to: (i) confirm whether we process their Personal Information; (ii) access and delete certain Personal Information; (iii) data portability; and (iv) opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.
(c) Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia currently, or will, provide their state residents with rights to: (i) correct inaccuracies in their Personal Information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose; and (ii) opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
(d) Nevada currently or will provide its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain Personal Information sales.
Not all of the foregoing state rights apply to our collection and processing of your Personal Information. Other state laws not described above may give you privacy rights and remedies. 7. INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY LAWS

- Transfer. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your Personal Information to you or a third party of your choice.
- Restrict. Restrict the processing of your Personal Information.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION
(a) Customers located outside of the United States, including all Customers located in the EEA and Canada (“International Users”), are hereby notified that their Personal Information may be collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and stored in the United States. By accepting this Privacy Policy, International Users consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of their Personal Information in the United States for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Personal information of International Users will be subject to lawful access requests from U.S. governmental agencies for as long as it is stored in the United States.
(b) For Customers residing in the EEA, whenever we transfer your Personal Information to the United States, or other countries not deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of personal data protection, the transfer will be made:
- Pursuant to the recipient’s compliance with current Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or Binding Corporate Rules;
- Pursuant to the consent of the individual to whom the Personal Information pertains; or
- As otherwise permitted by EEA law.
9. CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

To protect your privacy and security, Bedford requires a Customer to verify your identity before granting you the right to access, review, or make corrections to your Personal Information. Please be advised that certain Personal Information may not be corrected or deleted if we must by law retain such information as submitted.
10. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
It is also possible that Bedford could at some time sell its business (by merger, acquisition or otherwise) or sell all or substantially all of its assets. In any transaction of this kind, Customer information, including your Personal Information, may be among the assets that are transferred. If we decide to transfer your Personal Information, you will be notified by an email sent to the last known email address in our files or by notice posted on the Site.
11. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purposes for which we process your Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
